Schefflera, known as umbrella plants or trees, are superb choices for tropical indoor gardening. The larger variety, Schefflera actinophylla, showcases elongated, glossy, oval-shaped green leaves that elegantly cascade from a central stem, evoking the image of an open umbrella.
